Identity Theft - Cellular Phone Hacking Services - Car Buying & Selling - Mandatory Identity Theft for Car Buying - Realistic Police AI - Black Market - Dark Web - Shadow Hacker Group - Changes to Los Santos Customs - GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC

In a recent blog entry, information was posted that was related to buying and selling cars in GTA Online. That information was written with content for another update to GTA Online called 'Ladies Night'.

The 'Ladies Night' content deserves its own blog entry. The car buying and selling content has been posted in this entry instead.

The Identity Theft component has been updated with new sub-subcomponents. This entry will not list the PowerPoint presentation of the Identity Theft subcomponent in the GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC. That information will be posted on another entry. This entry will briefly mention Identity Theft and how it can be used more realistically in GTA Online and GTA Six Online to purchase and sell cars.

Identity Theft will be used to purchase certain exotic vehicles. Identity Theft could also be used for some personal vehicles in GTA Six and GTA Six Online. A player will have to add a fake identity to every car they purchase or steal, in order to keep the car in their garage.

This could create the opportunity for police raids, or the original car owners recovering their cars by stealing back their cars, or other car criminals stealing the already stolen car of the player. These would be new elements in GTA Online that could appear in GTA Six Online where the player is an actual NPC in the state of San Andreas or Vice City, and the player has their personal vehicles stolen, just like the player steals vehicles in GTA. This could create a more immersive experience in the Grand Theft Auto series.

The fake identities could be in the form of fake drivers licenses and fake vehicle registrations that the players of GTA Online would have to make in-game. Adding these components to GTA would create a more realistic gaming experience. Fake ID cars are currently found in GTA Online and the players can use them in-game to complete certain events. However, those events are not as involved as they are being described in this blog entry.

The players of GTA Online, GTA Six, and GTA Six Online can create fake identities in-game, and then go purchase cars using the fraudulent identities. The cops would be on the lookout for the stolen cars, so the players in GTA Six and GTA Six Online could be pulled over by the cops, if the vehicle's paperwork does not check out.

This could compliment the new Police AI behaviors that will be found in GTA Six and GTA Six Online, in that the police in GTA Six and GTA Six Online will be more like realistic and more aggressive according to this source: GTA 6 police have been completely overhauled, says insider

Another source claims that the GTA Six Police will be completely revamped with smarter behavior. The image on the left links to that video, where smarter police in GTA Six Online are discussed.

With more realistic police behavior in GTA Six and GTA Six Online, the players of the Grand Theft Auto series could finally receive a GTA Six Online Police DLC.

Realistic Police AI behaviors and a redesigned GTA Police Behavior System could pave the way for players to experience a realistic gaming experience. In the GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC, some real life elements are included for the players, so that they experience a life-like gaming experience.

The players of GTA Online will receive access to the Black Market or the Dark Web through the spy satellite, using the Shadow Hacker Group. Credit ratings could also be incorporated into Identity Theft to provide the players a realistic gaming experience.

Armored vehicles are very popular in GTA Online because the players cannot survive without adequate armor protection in a game such as GTA Online.

Armored vehicles could be setup so that they are purchased using Identity Theft. The players could also participate in "cleaning the VIN numbers" on the exotic or supercars. Certain exotic vehicles and supercars could also be setup this way.

Regular cars could be bought from a dealership with or without Identity Theft. Regular cars could be bought or sold, from the street, if the vehicles have a for sale sign posted on them. The Shadow Hacker Group will assist the players in conducting Identity Theft to purchase cars.

A potential new change could be that vehicles whose "paperwork is not properly cleaned" in GTA Online, will be automatically impounded, or the Shadow Hacker Group would continuously bribe the impounding authorities until the vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned.

With the addition of new Police AI behavior, the vehicle impound system of GTA Six and GTA Six Online could also change. Vehicles in GTA Six could be automatically impounded.

Automatic impounds currently do not happen in GTA Online, unless the player is terminated by the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), and the impounded vehicle is stored at the in-game location shown on the immediately left image. Impounded vehicles are stored at same location, regardless of whether the player's vehicle is impounded in Los Santos, San Andreas or Blaine County, San Andreas.

Los Santos Customs could receive a re-design in that players will have to erase the identity that was used to purchase the vehicle. This might be referred to as "cleaning the paperwork" on the cars, to get the cars ready for a resell. This means a vehicle, depending on whether if it is a regular car or a supercar, would have to get "ready" to be sold at Los Santos Customs by "cleaning the paperwork", instead of just taking the vehicle to Los Santos Customs, to sell it.

The image on the left links to a video that describes the car selling process in GTA Online. Just driving a vehicle to sell at Los Santos Customs is the current mechanism to sell cars in GTA Online.

This mechanism should be changed for GTA Six and GTA Six Online so that players do not just drive vehicles into Los Santos Customs to sell them. Further, only regular cars would be able to be sold at Los Santos Customs. This change would be fundamental to GTA.

Exotic or super cars would not be able to be sold at Los Santos Customs. Instead, these vehicles would only be able to be sold at unlocked, exclusive car dealerships or with interested buyers. The system for this functionality would have to be built. The players should be able to resell multiple personal cars at a time, instead of using the current model of selling only one personal vehicle at a time. More details on this concept will be posted in another entry.

Ultimately, the current system in GTA Online involving reselling personal cars at Los Santos Customs might receive a major overhaul in GTA Six and GTA Six Online. More conceptual details on Personal Car Selling and Identity Theft will be provided at a later time.
