I use GTA Online to review Computer Science fundamentals.
My GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC concept can be found on github. There is no code in the concept. No code or other files from GTA Online were used in the creation of the concept.
The Spy Satellite DLC was created using GTA Online components, from the user's perspective.
