It has been uploaded, and will be completed as much as possible from the software design perspective, using only the end-user's perspective.      All CCTV camera hacking abilities are provided to the GTA Online players, courtesy of the Shadow Hacker Group, using the spy satellite.       The players will use their in-game cellular phone to access all CCTVs in the state of San Andreas.
