Most of my GTAOnline DLC concepts are developed by me only and they are posted on github. Now that time permits, I'm slowly transitioning everything to my personal blog here.
It should be obvious, but regarding some of the art used for the DLC concepts, it is found using a few Google searches. It is really nothing too amazing, just using Computer Science to create content for GTAOnline. Thus, all public sourced material is being used in a non-profit manner for creative educational purposes.
