The GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC is an interesting project. It's a fun concept that aligns well within GTA Online's current gameplay rules. I am the sole creator of this concept. It was designed to connect all the computers, communication systems, the Internet, the World Wide Web, and surveillance systems in the state of San Andreas through a spy satellite that the players would use. The spy satellite would be connected to every computer in the state of San Andreas, regardless of whether the computer was in a vehicle, boat, or aircraft or building. The spy satellite would have access to every mobile device and telephone (including phone booths), all forms of computers, and all of the video cameras in the state of San Andreas. Rockstar Games has phone booths in GTA Online. I suppose for GTA VI (Six), they could have mobile device charging stations instead of phone booths.
