Video Proof - GTA Online MTL Cerebrus Spawn Out of Nowhere Glitch (Not the MTL Cerebrus Flying Glitch)

The MTL Cerebrus from GTA Online is an interesting vehicle from the Arena War DLC update for Grand Theft Auto Online. The MTL Cerebrus has been known to fly through various free roam lobbies in GTA Online. This link will take you directly to the source showing the MTL Cerebrus flying though the air in GTA Online: GTA Online players discover insane MTL Cerberus flying glitch.

Another interesting "glitch" happened involving the MTL Cerebrus from the Arena War DLC update for GTA Online. The MTL Cerebrus appears to spawn out of nowhere the moment a player enters a certain "marked" vehicle in GTA Online.

What is a "marked" vehicle? Think of an unmarked police car. An unmarked police car is a car that you could or could not suspect is a cop car.

An unmarked police car is a police car that would lack all the necessary equipment to make it easily identifiable as a police car. An example on the right is the Ford Mustang unmarked police car.

A marked police car is a car that is easily identified as a police car. Most people can recognize marked police cars. An example of a marked police car is shown on the left in the form of a Ford Explorer Interceptor.

Rockstar Games marked a vehicle in GTA Online. The vehicle was unmarked from my perspective, but it was marked from their perspective.

Once the marked vehicle is entered and driven away, an MTL Cerebrus randomly spawns into the game lobby and rams the vehicle into a wall. This glitch is very interesting.

The glitch does not feel like it would be some random code that a Rockstar Developer uploaded into GTA Online. The glitch does not feel like code that would "misbehave" during a player occupied free roam lobby. It is a funny glitch, however. It is very original. The glitch is meant to do something, but I'm not sure what that could be.

The MTL Cerebrus Spawn Out of Nowhere glitch could mean something, but only Rockstar Games Developers would know what it means. There is not enough information available on this glitch to be able to begin to hypothesize about what it could mean.

I do not think there are any available online public sources with this specific glitch. A more thorough play-by-play description of the events in the video will be posted at a later time.
