GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC

The GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC is an interesting project. It's a fun concept that aligns well within GTA Online's current gameplay rules. I am the sole creator of this concept.

It was designed to connect all the computers, communication systems, the Internet, the World Wide Web, and surveillance systems in the state of San Andreas through a spy satellite that the players would use.

The spy satellite would be connected to every computer in the state of San Andreas, regardless of whether the computer was in a vehicle, boat, or aircraft or building. The spy satellite would have access to every mobile device and telephone (including phone booths), all forms of computers, and all of the video cameras in the state of San Andreas. Rockstar Games has phone booths in GTA Online. I suppose for GTA VI (Six), they could have mobile device charging stations instead of phone booths.

While some of the components in the spy satellite DLC are already in GTA Online in a sorta implied way, the addition of the spy satellite makes the concept of a surveillance state explicit instead of implicit.

A key feature would be that all vehicles would be hackable, personal vehicles would be hackable and controllable by other players while the vehicle owner is in the vehicle.

Another key feature would be remote-controlled satellite guided bullets. I think DARPA has these in its arsenal. The satellite guided bullet is a fascinating concept. It is a bit of a physics contradiction. I will try to deconstruct it at a later time by examining available public knowledge (it's just another system). Back to GTA Online,  the players in GTA Online should be able to have the smart bullet concept as part of their gameplay in GTA Online free roam.

See more of DARPA's smart bullet here: How 'Smart' Sniper Bullets Change Direction Midair.

There are a few other specialized bullets that are part of the GTA Online Spy Satellite. An improvement to the satellite guided bullet is a ricochet bullet concept. The ricochet bullet concept combines a special material that is currently used in a particular combat setting with a satellite guidance system to deliver a bullet with precision at various distances.

While the materials to create a ricochet bullet may exists in real life, the ricochet bullet concept is only hypothetical. This round would not be lethal because it would lose momentum after each ricochet impact on its way to a target, but there should be a scientific way to correct for the loss of momentum so that the ricochet bullet does not lose that much power as it ricochets on its way to a target. Trying to create an actual ricochet bullet with a satellite guided system is also a fun concept to entertain.

Another type of a bullet that will be in the GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC is a biologically-enhanced bullet. The bullet would have the ability to be guided not just by a satellite, but by a biological DNA sample of its intended target. The DNA sample would be stored in the small computer inside of the bullet.

The biological agent inside of the bullet would have the ability to "melt" traditional bullet-proof material, thereby, rendering most forms of traditional bullet-proof material obsolete. This solves the question of how to deliver a bullet through the best body armor - the bullet would have the melt or weaken the body armor upon impact. Then, traditional bullets would be used to penetrate the intended target. I suppose an alternative name for this type of bullet could be a chemical bullet.

The biologically-enhanced bullet could also work like this: the bio-enhanced bullet would first impact the body armor and release a chemical compound upon impact to immediately deteriorate the body armor. Then, the bio-enhanced bullet would fire another round, at close range, through the same body armor weak point that has just been created. The concept is similar to a bullet within a bullet. The animation in a video game for this hypothetical concept would be interesting.

A real life bio-enhanced bullet would need some type of microchip inside of it, to know when to automatically fire the second round. This hypothetical bullet should be able to deliver a round into a body that is protected by the best body armor.

I do not have that much information on this type of bullet yet other than it can be used to deliver a virus or a life saving medication at great speed and from a great distance, but not in the most efficient means. This is a very interesting concept to entertain, however, so I will see how it can be developed further.

The biological-enhanced bullet (and the chemical bullets) are only hypothetical concepts that I created for the GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC, but maybe DARPA already has them in their secret arsenal. DARPA is a a real-life U.S. Government agency.

I think the GTA Online Spy Satellite DLC reflects a bit of the Terminator movies, but a GTA Online "Judgment Day DLC with actual Terminators (maybe even Arnold Schwarzenegger) could follow after the spy satellite is launched in GTA Online even though "killer robots" in GTA Online have already been introduced when the rogue AI Clifford was introduced. The Doomsday Heist sorta aligns with a Judgment Day DLC.

Lastly, this concept has no relation to Rockstar Games nor GTA Online. The concept is being developed from the user's perspective only, without looking at any code or "back-end" files related to GTA Online.
